What do you get?
I work with clients one to one. At your first session we look at all your symptoms, what’s been happening, and how you are eating at the moment.
I give you a personal plan with reasons why I have suggested each change. I don’t just say “drink more water”. I explain that water is essential for helping with your particular issues. Understanding the WHY can be a great motivator. We then have a session every 4 weeks, to see how you’re progressing, look at what’s working and find out what you are struggling with.
There is no good and bad with this, it’s not school and you can’t fail! I never ask clients to eat foods they don’t like, or to give up anything completely if they are not comfortable with it. Between appointments I’m on hand to help with any concerns or queries via phone or email. As well as making suggestions about what to eat I’m also happy to give advice on shopping and cooking and have a store of recipes for you to use.
What does it cost?
The first session lasts an hour and costs £90. This includes a personal nutrition programme, targeted to help resolve your issues, handouts, links to online information and of course ongoing support over the first month. I want to make sure you have everything you need to get started, plus you fully understand why I’ve asked you to make specific changes and how that can help with your problems. A follow up at around 4 weeks is ideal. In this 45 minute session we see how you are getting on, what’s working and what you are struggling with.
